Play along in a flow that extends the spine, strengthens and stretches the hips, goes upside down, and finds several binds. There is lots to explore in this practice, beginning with breath, supported spinal extension (on blocks), lots of varied hip work, single leg balance, binds, and inversions peppered through vinyasa sequences.
Pranayama is three point breath into savasana.
