Play along with a flow that has some fun in it. Twist, strengthen, and stretch towards baddha ardha chandrasana (bound half moon) and viparita dandasana (inverted staff pose).
Along the way, find many inversions:
Pincha mayurasana (feathered peacock) ,
Hollowback pincha (forearm hollowback,
Baddha hasta sirsasana d (unsupported headstand D, niralamba sirsasana d),
Adhomukhavrksasana (handstand variations), etc.
Explore several backward bends:
Ustrasana (camel)
Ustrasana 2 (floating camel)
Eka pada ustrasana naginyasana (camel mermaid),
Viparita dandasana (inverted staff), etc.
And enjoy some playful, twisty core work. Surprisingly, only one arm balance this time, devaduutapanna asana (fallen angel).
Pranayama is nadishodhana (alternate nostril breathing)
