Throughout the practice, we’ll move slowly and mindfully, helping to:
• Alleviate tension in the quads and hip flexors
• Improve flexibility and mobility in the hips and legs
• Encourage balance, ease, and mindful awareness in the body
Modifications and variations are offered, making this practice suitable for all levels. No props are needed—just your mat, breath, and presence.
Take this time to breathe deeply, move gently, and reconnect with your body, cultivating your Zen Within as you release tension and invite more freedom and ease into your hips and legs.
