Hello Adventurers! 🥾🌿
This 20-minute yoga practice is designed specifically for hikers, walkers, and anyone on their feet exploring the outdoors. After a long walk or hike, your body may feel tight, sore, or fatigued—stretching is essential to aid recovery, prevent stiffness, and maintain mobility.
In this session, we will:
• Gently stretch and release tension in the legs, hips, and lower back
• Support recovery and help your muscles repair and reset
• Improve flexibility and ease movement for your next adventure
This routine can be done before or after your hike or walk and is suitable for all levels.
Props:
• 1 yoga block (optional, for added support)
Take this time to move mindfully, stretch deeply, and care for your body, allowing yourself to reconnect and cultivate your Zen Within after physical exertion. 🪷
Remember, you can return to this practice anytime to support your body and mind after your outdoor adventures.
