Описание: Welcome to Day 2 of our Rooted & Grounded Somatic Yoga Journey — a seven-day yoga experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and move through this season with greater ease and awareness.

Today’s practice invites you to Ground Through Sensation — to slow down, soften your focus, and truly feel the subtle language of your body. As you move, breathe, and pause, allow yourself to notice the textures of each moment — the grounding weight of your feet, the expansion of your breath, the quiet pulse of life flowing through you.
Somatic yoga teaches us that sensation is a doorway to presence. When we bring awareness to how our body feels — rather than how it looks — we begin to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and find stability from within.

✨ This seven-day somatic journey is a gentle invitation to stay grounded and centered through the busyness of the holiday season — a reminder that peace is something we can return to again and again, simply by coming home to the body.

🪷 Focus: Somatic Awareness, Nervous System Regulation, Grounding Through Sensation
