Crispy Besan Chila is simple yet delicious recipe made from besan or gram flour, paalak and paneer. It is an excellent option for protein rich vegetarian breakfast that can be made in just a few minutes with easily available ingredients.
Besan is a rich source of protein, carbohydrates and its glycemic index is low, therefore it is good for diabetes and weight loss. Paalak or spinach is a rich source of vitamin A, C, Iron and magnesium. This recipe is an exceptional way to introduce all the healthy ingredients in your breakfast.

Ingredients:
200 gm paalak (spinach)
200 gm paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup besan (gramflour)
1 onion chopped
1 tsp. degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp. cumin and coriander powder
1/2 tsp. chaat masala
1/2 tsp shahi paneer masala or garam masala
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tbsp. mustard oil
1 tbsp. ghee or butter
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Water to make batter.
Preparation time: 10 min. Cooking time: 20 min. Calorie per serving( per roll): 95 calories approx. per serving( it is an estimated value).
