Carrot & Oats laddu:
Ingredient list:
1/2 cup rolled oats atta
1/2 cup white sesame seeds
1/2 cup grated coconut (dry)
1cup grated carrot
1-2 cardamom
1 tbsp orange peel cut into small pieces
1/4 cup black and green raisins
1/2 cup makhana
15 deseeded dates
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp ghee

Recipe 2
Date and coco balls
Ingredient list:
1 cup almonds

1 to 2 tbsp. or as per taste coco powder
2 tbsp. desiccated coconut

Sattu Ladoo
Ingredient list:
1 cup Sattu flour
1/2 cup almonds, pistachio and cashews
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flaxseeds
1 cup jaggery
7-8 dates
2 tbsp oats
1 tsp ginger or cardamom powder
3-4 tbsp ghee or cold pressed coconut oil
