Subha ka healthy nashta/Protein Rich Vegetarian Breakfast.

Here, I'm sharing with you protein and iron rich breakfast recipe that is quick and easy to make. These vegetable parcels made with spinach wraps are highly nutritious and can be made with the easily available ingredients in our kitchen.

Ingredient list:

For Spinach Wraps:
1 cup masoor dal (red lentil) soaked overnight
2 cup spinach chopped
2 tbsp. rolled oats
1 inch ginger
2 green chili
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds or powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
salt as per taste
water to make batter
1 tbsp. ghee for making wraps

For Vegetable filling:

1/2 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
1/4 tsp. mustard seeds
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
2 tbsp. capsicum green
2 tbsp. red bell pepper
2 tbsp. yellow bell pepper
2 tbsp. broccoli
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. black pepper
salt to taste.
