Power Hour Summer Workout - This 60 minute Power Hour is a hard workout due to the 1 minute intervals! We do one minute lower body exercise, one minute upper, one minute cardio and one minute abs. We hit a bit of everything in this power hour and all you need is a variety of dumbbells and a couch or bench. If you're ready to burn some body fat and build some muscle, let's move daily and hit this total body workout!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells and a bench or couch
Format: 60 seconds work/15 seconds rest, 3 rounds
Circuit 1:
Goblet squat kickback -15pds
One arm row to hammer curl -15 pds
Burpee clean and snatch -15 pds
Pistol crunch
Circuit 2:
Single side glute thrust -15pds
Feet elevated pushup knee in
1,2,3 hop
Plank dumbbell pass -8pds
Circuit 3:
Weighted front lunges -15pds
Front, lateral, upright row -5-8pds
Cross in front jacks
Thread the needle -5 pds
Circuit 4:
Prisoner squat
Bicep curl to kickback -8 pds
Diagonal ice skater
Russian twist press -8 pds
