Описание: Oh MY GOODNESS YOU GUYS!! I died on this one! This Power Hour was probably one of the hardest workouts I've done in a while. This is a full body workout that will blast body fat because you require so much energy over the one hour period. Please take breaks as needed and modify the exercises according to your fitness level, because this 60 minute total body workout is intense! #movedaily #powerhourworkout

The format is 1 minute of each exercise and you will do the following:
1 minute upper body
1 minute lower body
1 minute cardio
1 minute abs

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, a swiss ball or gliders or a tea towel.

Workout:

Circuit 1:
Pushup/renegade row/knees in
Squat alternating front lunge
Partial burpees
Russian twist press
x3

Circuit 2:
Bear position to crab press
Goblet torso turn
Squat jump-4 skaters
Plank knee crunch
x3

Circuit 3:
V sit chest press
Reverse lunge torso turn
Box squat forward jump
Bear position crawl in circle
x3

Circuit 4:
Full sit up shoulder press
Weighted Frog pulse
Elevate feet (face melter/ mt climbers)
Gladiator get up
x3

Cool down and stretch
