Power Hour Sculpt | 60 Minute Total Body Strength Workout

Описание: POWER HOUR SCULPT In this workout, we are doing another Power Hour! It is a favorite on our channel as we hit lower body, upper body, cardio and ab exercises for one minute intervals. It's tough as those intervals are long, but that amount of time under tension will really help your muscles grow.

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, chair or bench, medium mini band (optional) Swiss ball (optional)

Format:
1 minute lower body
1 minute upper body
1 minute cardio
1 minute abs
x3
4 Circuits

Workout:
Circuit 1:
Step up reverse lunge
Plank row to rotation
Gorilla burpee
Side v sit

Circuit 2:
Narrow goblet squat
Lateral/high front raise
Squat jump, jumping jack
Ball lank knee in, toe tap

Circuit 3:
Curtsy lunge oblique crunch
Single side wide row to bicep curl
Diagonal ice skaters
Walk around plank

Circuit 4:
Banded, weighted glute thrust
Wide chest press to narrow tricep chest press
Side to side jump lunges
Scissors/flutter kick
