Описание: 60 MINUTE POWER HOUR - TOTAL BODY STRENGTH & CARDIO -HOME WORKOUTS - This is a favorite format on my channel./ Is long and hard, but such a great total body workout. We take an upper body, then lower body, then cardio, then ab exercises, and do each for 60 seconds work/15 seconds rest. Some of those 1 minute circuits are tough, so rest well after each circuit, you have 4 of them today.

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, something to stand and sit on (optional)
Format: 60 seconds work/15 seconds rest

Workout:
Upper-Wide to narrow press
Lower-DB deadlift to squat
Cardio-Travelling squat jump leg lift
Ab- Roll up, slow descent
x3
Pushup reverse flye
Sumo pulse heel lift
Squat jump tap back
Crunch in leg lift
x3
1/2 bicep to hammer curl press
Glute thrust, 2 up, 1 down
Travelling ice skater
Pike to alternating knee in
x3
Kneel overhead press, forward lean press
Squat to good morning
Jack to torso twist
Seated scissors
