65 MINUTE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING WORKOUT -In today's workout we are building muscle and burning fat! Be sure to have some heavier dumbbells as we incorporate both strength training and some cardio conditioning into today's 60 minute workout. We are doing quite a few high knees in this workout, but if you have a skipping rope and prefer to skip, feel free. Being 65 minutes, there is a lot of time under tension so be sure to join me for the stretch at the end too :)
