This Chair based exercise class is perfect for those who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and balance, all from the comfort of your chair. Whether you’re working from home, have limited mobility, or just want a change in your fitness routine, this class is for you!
This session is led by a certified fitness instructor who will guide you through a series of exercises that can be done while sitting. These exercises target various muscle groups, helping to improve posture, reduce the risk of falls, and enhance overall health.
The class is suitable for all fitness levels. You will need a sturdy chair, Resistance band or piece of stretchy clothing such as a pair of leggings.
