Using a yoga brick to challenge balance and alignment, and a pair of hand weights to add resistance, we’ll work the core, glutes, legs, arms, and posture muscles in a mindful, low-impact way. Expect slow, intentional sequences that improve coordination, muscle tone, and overall body awareness. Suitable for intermediate levels, with options to modify as needed.
