This 50-minute full body strength Pilates workout is designed to sculpt, tone, and challenge you from head to toe. Using a pair of light-to-medium dumbbells and a yoga brick, we’ll build deep core stability while strengthening your arms, glutes, legs, and back with slow, controlled, intentional movement.
Expect a strong standing series to elevate the heart rate, targeted lower-body burners, upper-body toning with weights, and a powerful core block using the yoga brick to activate inner thighs and deep abdominals. Low impact, high intensity – with that signature Pilates precision.
