🍚 Butter Garlic Paneer Veg Rice Bowl Recipe
🧄 For Butter Garlic Rice
*Ingredients*
Cooked basmati rice – 2 cups
Butter – 1½ tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
*Method*
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Add chopped garlic and sauté until aromatic (do not brown).
3. Add cooked rice, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
4. Gently toss everything well.
5. Switch off and keep aside.

🥦 For Sautéed Mixed Veggies
*Ingredients*
Mixed vegetables of your choice (Red and yellow bell peppers, baby corn, capsicum, corn, broccoli) – 1½ cups
Oil or butter – 1 tbsp
Peri peri masala – 1 tsp
Oregano – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
*Method*
1. Heat oil/butter in a pan.
2. Add veggies and sauté on high flame till slightly crunchy.
3. Add salt, pepper, peri peri, oregano, and chilli flakes.
4. Toss well and switch off.

🧀 For Pan-Fried Hung Curd Paneer
*Ingredients*
Paneer cubes – 200 g
Hung curd – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Oregano – ½ tsp
Oil or butter – 1 tbsp
*Method*
1. Mix hung curd, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and oregano.
2. Add paneer cubes and coat well.
3. Heat oil/butter in a pan and pan-fry paneer till golden on all sides.
4. Keep aside.

🌶️ Creamy Red Chilli Cashew Sauce
*Ingredients*
Dry red chillies (boiled) – 5–6
Tomato (boiled) – 1 medium
Paneer – 2 tbsp
Cashews (soaked) – 10–12
Salt – to taste
*Garlic -(5-6) cloves
*Method*
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend into a smooth, creamy sauce.
3. Adjust salt and consistency if needed.
