Mobility workout for hips and thoracic spine

In my work I do a lot of international travel, sitting on a plane for hours at a time can limit mobility - especially of the hips & thoracic spine (around your rib cage & shoulder blades). This workout was done on the morning before I hopped a flight from SoCal to Dubai (about 21 hrs total). The purpose was not intensity but to burn a few calories and mobilize the body before hours of being stuck in a seat.
While on an international flight I try to get up every couple of hours and do little stretches to reduce tightness, otherwise I really feel it. It’s funny - swinging a 70lbs kettlebell or deadlifting 300 lbs? No problem. Sitting in a tin can at 35,000 feet for many hours and my back is wrecked for days, but I’ve found that doing this type of mobility work before and after a long flight helps mitigate & minimize the effects.
Each exercise can be done for 2-3 sets to help prepare for or offset the effects of a long trip or a long time in a seated position.
