Hey Friends!
So are we ready for Day 6! The focus for today is Cardio. Moving our bodies for the full 15 minutes!
We are going to get that heart rate up and get a good sweat in. We are moving fast, try and keep up as much as you can, but feel free to slow down or take breaks when you need to!
Todays Breakdown is:
Each exercise will last 30 seconds and then we will go straight into the next exercises for 30 seconds.
THE MOVES:
Jog on the spot
Arm Crossovers
Side Jog
Hell kicks with chest openers
Plie tap down/up
Squat Side Push
Kick Back with arm pulse
High knees
Shadow Skip
Cross Steps
Front Kicks
Squat with side leg lift
Side high knees
Front scissor
