A gentle midweek reset through conscious connected breathing and silence.
In this Mid Week Exhale session, you are guided through a slow, conscious connected breathing practice, inviting you to breathe in and out through the nose without pause. The focus is on receiving life force on the inhale and allowing a soft, passive letting go on the exhale — keeping the breath moving like a wave through the body.
As the breath slows, awareness is drawn to expansion through the ribs, chest, and back, followed by a gentle falling away on the exhale. You are invited to notice rhythm, sensation, and the experience of slowing down — even when the body or mind resists.
The practice gradually returns to a natural breathing rhythm before opening into silence. This silence is held with spaciousness and reflection, gently closed by birdsong, offering an opportunity to notice whether this silence feels familiar or completely different from before.
This session is an invitation to soften, receive, and rest midweek.
