Feeling tired midweek? This guided breathwork session is an invitation to pause, soften, and truly rest.
In this Midweek Exhale, Marie and Sharyn guide you through four gentle breath styles designed to settle the nervous system and create space for restoration. Following several weeks of more challenging “light slow deep” breathing, this session is intentionally centred on ease.
You’ll begin with simple awareness — noticing body, mind and breath without judgement. From there, the practice moves into extended exhale breathing to signal safety to the nervous system, followed by soft ocean breathing (sometimes known as Darth Vader breathing) to regulate and soothe. The session closes with balanced coherence breathing, inviting rhythm and steadiness before resting in silence.
Bird song opens each breath segment and silence closes it, supporting parasympathetic activation and integration.
This is your pause. Your permission to rest. Your moment to return to yourself in the middle of a busy week.
