No forcing. No fixing. Just noticing.
In this mid-section of Mid Week Exhale, you’re guided through a subtle breath awareness practice using touch — one hand on the chest and one on the belly — to observe how you naturally breathe.
This is an invitation to notice without judgement. You’re reminded that light breathing can feel challenging, and that difficulty is not something to criticise. Throughout the practice, you’re encouraged to soften the inhale, reducing movement in the hands just a fraction, while always allowing deeper breaths whenever needed.
Attention is gently returned again and again to sensation: which hand moves first, how the body responds, and what it feels like to breathe lightly without forcing or control. The practice closes with silence and reflection, noticing how the breath — and the stillness — may have changed.
This is a quiet, embodied pause designed to deepen awareness and restore balance midweek.
