Ready to strengthen the core and fire up the booty in just 22 minutes? This Abs and Glutes routine is perfect for those that are short on time but still want to get stronger or use it as an add on to any other workout that you have planned for the day. Safe to do this before you go on that hike, run or walk!
We will begin the routine with a progressive deep core sequence and finish with a gentle sculpting glute series! The entire routine is low impact, staying on the mat the entire time! Feel free to modify your movements by taking off the resistance band to make easier or add ankle weights for more challenge. Most importantly, listen to your body and take breaks when needed!
Equipment: Yoga Mat
Resistance band
Pilates 8-10 inch small ball
