Today we’ve got a beginner-friendly WALKING + BALANCE workout that’s fun, fast-moving, and a wonderful expression of self-love!

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; each mini circuit starts with WALKING, then one interval of BALANCE on each side; complete each mini circuit twice; there is NO REST.
