It’s Day 10 of the WALK Off the Weight for Women over 50 series, and we’re enjoying gentle toning and easy cardio today!

And you know what? IT IS ENOUGH! We’re getting a lot of bang for not a lot of buck with SIMPLE, EASY, and GENTLE exercises. And of course there’s a bit of BALANCE thrown in just for fun! (And maybe some grunting - but not too much!)
Since WEIGHT LOSS is our focus this month, we’re taking another step in the right direction with this great routine. We’re moving all parts of our body with complex moves, but we’re not going too fast or lifting too heavy.
It’s perfect for women of a “certain age” who want to SCULPT, STRENGTHEN, and TONE at a completely doable pace.
Also? We’re chatting about how to manage our minds during the WEIGHT LOSS journey and how to stop some of that monkey chatter that can distract us from REACHING OUR GOAL.

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; we are “inchworm”ing our way through the exercises in pairs with rest between; complete the circuit twice.

Cross Body Knees to Elbows
Tricep Curl Downs
