Today’s adventure-filled workout is SLOW-MOVING but incredibly EFFECTIVE. Plus it’s perfect for beginners!

Many of us aren’t sure how to identify our core, and that can be problematic as we age. A STRONG CORE is the foundation for a healthy body.

In fact, core strength is VITALLY IMPORTANT as we move into menopause and beyond. A healthy core stabilizes the spine, making everyday activities easier. But just as valuable, a STRONG CORE makes us less susceptible to balance-related falls, leading to a lower risk of injury and greater independence.

And is this kind of work beneficial for WEIGHT LOSS? You betcha!

We’re doing moves today that will help us LOCATE and STRENGTHEN our all-important core muscles, and you may be surprised to learn that there’s more to it than just our abs.
