DEADMILL WORKOUT:
Walking Warmup: 4 min on 1-4 degree incline at 4mph
TURN OFF THE TREADMILL WITH NO ELEVATION
1. 20 seconds walking
2. 10 secinds sprint
3. Repeat for 8 minutes TOTAL
** Total of 16 sprints
ABS: Plank Series
1. Hold 10 second plank
a. 6-10 dips
b. 6-10 leg lifts
c. Hold 10 seconds
2. Right into SIDE plank (R)
a. Hold 10 sec
b. 6-10 dips
c. 6-10 leg lifts
d. Hold 10 sec
3. right into regular plank
a. Hold 10 second plank
b. 6-10 dips
c. 6-10 leg lifts
d. Hold 10 seconds
4. Right into SIDE plank (L)
a. Hold 10 sec
b. 6-10 dips
c. 6-10 leg lifts
d. Hold 10 sec
5. Right into 10 plank crossovers
