Workout: Repeat all super sets 3x
A1. 4 Sprints @ 30 yrd or .15 on a treadmill
A2. 2 passes of lunges
B1. Side Shuffles -2 passes
B2. 25 squat pulses w. resistance band
C1. Cross Over Skips- 2 passes
C2. Plank row to delt raise- 12 reps
left & right row = 1 rep, L & R delt raise=1 rep
D1. Squat to core twist-3x25
D2. Squat to lateral kicks-3x20
E1. Kneeling Delt raise- 3x1min
E2. Kneeling resistance shoulder press-3x1 min
** lower to 30 seconds if needed!
