This is a pretty intense workout so push through!
Warmup:
2x10 SRDL and Levers
30 seconds of upper body mobility & deep squat holds
Workout:
3-4x 12 Curtsy Lunges super set with 3-4x8 Step ups
3-4x 3 Reverse Lunge to Lunge super set with 3-4x 25-30 reps or 30 seconds Box Shuffles
3x12 Side Cable Kick Backs super set with 3x1 minute Resistance Band Swoops
Resistance band is: @Mbslingshot

2x Abduction Drops set (Should be about 5-8 weight drops)
