Listed Below is the Leg & Booty Workout:
Warm-up:
5 min run/walk on treadmill
1. 2x10 RDL's and Levers
2. 30sec-1 min squat hold and variations
3. 1 min of upper body dynamic movements/stretches
WORKOUT:
A1. 3x15 lunge pulses
A2. 3x10 Reverse lungs
B1. 3x8 Stiff legged Dead Lifts X
B2. 3x30sec Box Shuffles
C1. 3x12 Sumo Squat to dead lift to 10 pulses
C2. 1 minute resistance band side steps to 10-15 taps
Isolation exercises:
D1: Glute abductions drop set
E1: Side leg press: 2x25 reps back to back
and stretch!
