Workout:
A1.Leg press– 4x12 reps each way
Wide
Narrow
Curtsy
Together
Single leg ( 6 reps each)
A2. Resistance Band step ups- 4x6 reps
B1. Hip Thrust-3x25 regular eps, 25 pulse abductions and 10-30 sec hold
B2. Squat to Curtsy Lunge- 3x4 ladder reps
C1. Cable front Squats- 3x10-12 reps
C2. Glute Push Down- 3x10 regular and 10 curtsy reps each
D1. Lying Glute kicks backs- 3x10 reps lying and side plank
