For today's home workout video we will do 20 min of Full Body, no equipment, fat burn workout with no repeat exercises. We will do 20 different exercises, which will target the whole body to shape up your body in the right areas. The interval timer will be 15 seconds of your rest period and 45 seconds of your work period. Make sure that you do this important mind and muscle connection while working out. It will change the way you train and feel. You will also see results way faster that way.
Now do the warm up and i see you on the mat.
