Today's video is a FULL BODY WORKOUT with POWER BAND and DUMBBELLS. We are starting with glute activation, which is very important for waking up sleepy glute muscles. Then we jump into interval training, with 15 seconds of rest and 45 seconds of work interval. You don't have to rush with this routine but rather make this important muscle and mind connection, where you will really feel all those muscles we will be working on.
