Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.
Today’s class will be yoga for runners. I will keep this yoga for runners class short and sweet but we’ll work on all the major muscle groups runners need to stretch.
As most of you runners will know to perform well running you need to look after your muscles and give them a good stretch. If you develop a consistent yoga practice alongside your running it will help you prevent injury, speed up your muscle recovery, reduce aches and pains, lengthen tightened muscles, improve your flexibility, balance and range of motion. So, it’s definitely worth taking the time to practice.
