Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.
Today’s yoga class will be a 10-minute Post Run/after run stretch. It’s so important to cool down properly after a run which will speed up your recovery time and also help prevent injury. This class will stretch all the major muscle groups, hamstrings, hips, IT Band, quads etc. If this class is practiced regularly after your run it will improve your movement and flexibility.
