Todays class will be yoga for runners. As most of you runners will know to perform well running you need to look after your muscles and give them a good stretch. I have already uploaded a short pre-run class, but this video is a longer more deepened stretch. If you develop a consistent yoga practice alongside your running it will help you prevent injury, speed up your muscle recovery, reduce aches and pains, lengthen tightened muscles, improve your flexibility, balance and range of motion. So, it’s definitely worth taking the time to practice.
