Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.
Welcome to today’s class which is Yoga for Scoliosis. Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine. Scoliosis can be mild to severe. Each body and each case will be different. In this yoga for scoliosis class, I’ve made a class for everybody. It’s suitable for beginners. It can be used as a daily class and hopefully by the end of this class you’ll feel more flexible in your spine and with continued practice it will help with your posture. We’ll be working on your spine and also your core/abdominal muscles to ensure your spine isn’t over compensating for your core.
