Join me for a 45 minute barbell workout at home. This is a barbell follow along workout gives you a 45min full body workout that you can you at your home gym.
Starting with a 5min barbell warm up we move onto Section A (heavy barbell compound exercises), then Section B (Moderate weight barbell exercises), finally finishing with a 12min barbell EMOM workout.

Spiderman Lunge
Section A | 40:20 | 3 Rounds (I used 50kg/110lb)
A1. Barbell Reverse Lunges
A2. Back Squat
A3. Deadlift
A4. Calf Raises
30sec
Section B | 40:20 | 3 Rounds (I used 40kg/90lb)
B1. Floor Press
B2. RDL to Underhand Bent Over Row
B3. Barbell Leg Raises
B4. Barbell Pendlay Row
30sec
Section C | 12min EMOM (I used 40kg/90lb)
MIN 1. 10r Front Squat
MIN 2. 8r Power Clean
MIN 3. 6r Push Press
REPEAT
