It’s Day 30 of the WALK Off the Weight series for women over 50 and today, it’s one part CARDIO and one part STRENGTH in this super fun workout that will engage every part of your body and leave you with a smile!
My friends, we are thiiissss close to being done with this series, and I’m particularly excited about this VERY SPECIAL WORKOUT. (I know! I say that about all of them!) In the first half of the video, it’s all cardio, all the timeand on the back half, we’re focusing on strength.
It’s like two workouts in one!
While we’re moving today, we’re chatting about the obstacles we sometimes face in our weight loss journey at this age and how we can reframe those thoughts so that reaching our goal is inevitable!

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds for cardio; complete the cardio circuit twice before moving on; timer is set for 40 seconds for strength; complete the strength circuit twice; there is NO REST
