It’s Day 12 of the WALK Off the Weight series, and simplicity is getting the job done today in this MODERATE strength workout that is perfect for women of a “certain age” who are working toward their WEIGHT LOSS goal!
We’ve got a variety of SIMPLE MOVES today that offer a thorough body-shaping workout that’s slow, controlled, and ABSOLUTELY DOABLE - even for beginners. (If you feel like a fish out of water with strength workouts, you’re in the right place!)
This routine is done at a pace that allows us to really pay attention to form, an important aspect of staying STRONG and INJURY-FREE as we age.
Moderate strength workouts like this have so many benefits, and of course I’m chatting about some of them today and how I’ve come to appreciate the importance of picking up heavy things even though I’m a cardio girl at heart!
Grab a moderate set of dumbbells (or feel free to do the workout without dumbbells at all!) and join me for a NICE AND SIMPLE day that will leave you feeling stronger and a step closer to your WEIGHT LOSS goal!
SET UP:
Timer is set for 30 seconds of strength work and 10 seconds of rest; complete the circuit three times.
