This 15 min follow along chest workout will make your chest and upper body burn! The follow is a list of the exercises we are going to do in this video. Floor Press, Chest Flys, Push Up, Seated Chest Press, Landmine Chest Press, Standing Decline Chest Fly, Single Arm Low Cable Chest Fly (right Side), Single Arm Low Cable Chest Fly (Left Side) and the Resistance Band Push Up.
These resistance band chest work will be extremely effective in working our your chest from multiple angles. If you want to tone and strengthen your chest then you need to make sure that you are working it out using different kinds of exercises that target different parts of your chest muscle.
