15 Minute Resistance Band Leg Workout | Follow Along | No Attachment

In this follow-along workout video I take you through an intense leg workout. So, If you are looking to get tone up and strengthen your legs that I strongly recommend giving this work out a shot.
The exercises in this resistance band workout are a combination of beginner and advanced movements. I show an example of each exercise and we do them together but if for some reason you feel like you are doing the exercises wrong then you can do one of two things.
First, you can slow things down. Watch the video and learn the movements correctly before doing them. I feel that this is a great move for people who are brand new to working out.
Second, if you watch the video but still need some added instruction then I recommend that you watch my resistance band leg workout tutorial Videos. In those videos, I explain the exact way to do these movements with good form and technique.    • Leg Workout  
Anyways, in today's workout, we are going to be training your legs. We will be targeting all of the major muscle groups in your legs but we are specifically training your Quads, Hamstrings and Glutes. Several of these exercises are compound movements that will activate multiple muscle so you are definitely going to feel this resistance band workout.
