This is a 30 minute yoga practice to open the hips, hamstrings, and cultivate inner strength to face challenges in life. This fun flow moves around the mat in a half-mandala so be sure to place your device where you can see it from either end of the mat. We'll open the hips and legs through a variety of low, high, and side lunges, skandasana, half splits and standing splits, plus a chance to try crooked sage or ashtavakrasana. Have a blanket nearby if your knees are sensitive!
