This is a short and sweet flow to give your legs some love! We start lying down and move through a variety of hip and hamstring openers followed by downward facing dog, lunges, pyramid pose, twisted monkey quad opener, half splits, lizard variations, functional forward fold and end with a restorative legs up the wall pose. This is a great practice to do if your legs and lower body feel stiff or fatigued from hiking, biking, surfing, or any other activity you've been doing!
