This is an all-levels 30 minute flow designed to jumpstart your body, mind, and spirit for more vitality and joy throughout the day. Morning is an ideal time to move your body to help move through lethargy, helping you to feel more awake, alert, and ready to greet the day. This practice is a well-rounded and dynamic flow that includes hamstring and hip opening, a juicy thigh stretch, a fun transition into skandasana (or "skater"), a few spinal twists, baby camel, and a side plank. We end by laying the groundwork for a great day with a few affirmations for a positive mind and happy heart. No props needed.
