Описание:
This is a 20 minute slow flow practice to release tension, open the hips, and create sukha or "good space". We start on our backs with some hip and hamstring opening and then move through cat/cow, half pigeon, lunges and half splits, yogi squat and into a firelog pose. This is a great practice at the end of your day or whenever you need to release stress or unwind your hips and hamstrings.
