Workout:
First Superset:
1. Sumo Dead Lift -5x8
2. Squat to power extension-5x20
Second Super Set :
1. Single Leg dead-3x8
2. squt to shuffle- 3x30 sec
Third Superset:
1. Lunge to Lunge- 3x10
2. Lunge to crossover- 3x10-15
Fourth Super Set:
1. back extension-3x15-20
2. Froggy Hip Thrust-3x 3 abductions +1 thrust x5-7 times
Finisher:
Abduction ladder- 3x1 full rep, 1 pulse, 2 full rep, 2 pulse, ….all the way to 5 and back down.
