Enjoy seated warm up, Cat/Cow, Child's pose, Puppy pose, Sphinx pose, supported plank, gate pose, thread the needle, Low lunge and Half Splits to strengthen and stretch leg muscles, Downward Facing Dog for strong core, Salute to the Sun, Warrior 1, twisted humble warrior for hip mobility, standing 'L', standing wind relieving pose for balance and improved digestion, tree pose to improve leg and core strength, balances, seated forward fold, head to knee, easy twists for healthy digestion boat pose and bridge pose for a strong core - improving pelvic floor health. Includes exercises to improve cognitive function, Supine figure 4 for flexible hips, SupineTwist for a supple spine and a blissful body scan / relaxation.
