Gentle yoga to mobilise your hips, shoulders, wrists and ankles. Find your own sense of being grounded, balanced and at one with the world.
Be guided with clear instructions and gentle pace, in this gentle yoga for beginners and the over 50s and over 60s.
Afterwards you'll feel stretched, have better energy and be relaxed. Enjoy seated warm up, Cat/Cow, thread the needle, Low lunge and Half Splits to strengthen and stretch leg muscles, Downward Facing Dog for strong core, Salute to the Sun, Warrior 2, reverse warrior and side angle pose for hip mobility, seated forward fold, boat pose and bridge pose for a strong core - improving pelvic floor health. Includes exercises to improve cognitive function, easy twists for healthy digestion, Supine Twist for a supple spine and a blissful body scan / relaxation.
