✨ MACARRONES tiburón con ATÚN 😍 Receta fácil, sencilla pero muy rica || TUNA MACARONI PASTA✨

➪ INGREDIENTES: (para 4 personas)
● 320 g de Macarrones Tiburón
● 3 latas de atún (200 g)
● 2 tomates
● 1 cebolla
● 1 pimiento rojo
● 3 dientes de ajo
● 60 ml de aceite de oliva (4 cucharadas)
● Sal


➪ ELABORACIÓN:
● Ponemos unos dos litros de agua en una olla y le añadimos un poco de aceite y sal.
● Cuando comience a hervir le añadimos los macarrones tiburón.
● Lo ponemos a fuego medio y removemos de vez en cuando.
● Mientras se cuecen pelamos los ajos, la cebolla y los tomates.
● Cortamos los tomates en dados.
● Mientras, vigilamos la cocción de la pasta.
● Picamos los ajos muy fino.
● Cortamos la cebolla en dados.
● También cortamos el pimiento en dados pequeños.
● Y lo reservamos todo.
● Seguimos vigilando la cocción de la pasta.
● Calentamos el aceite en una sartén.
● Cuando esté caliente añadimos las verduras.
● Añadimos sal y sofreímos bien, hasta que queden en su punto.
● Cuando lleguen a su punto, le añadiremos las tres latas de atún y removemos bien.
● Cuando la pasta esté cocida, escurrimos el agua, la pasamos a un recipiente y le añadiremos el sofrito.
● Emplatamos y... ¡¡ a comer !!

TUNA MACARONI PASTA

➪ INGREDIENTS: (serves 4)
● 320g Shark Macaroni
● 3 cans of tuna (200g)
● 2 tomatoes
● 1 onion
● 1 red pepper
● 3 garlic cloves
● 60ml olive oil (4 tablespoons)
● Salt


➪ PREPARATION:
● Place about two liters of water in a pot and add a little oil and salt.
● When it starts to boil, add the shark macaroni.
● Place over medium heat and stir occasionally.
● While they're cooking, peel the garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
● Dice the tomatoes.
● Meanwhile, monitor the pasta cooking.
● Finely chop the garlic.
● Dice the onion.
● Also dice the pepper.
● Set everything aside.
● Continue monitoring the pasta cooking.
● Heat the oil in a pan.
● When it's hot, add the vegetables.
● Add salt and sauté until tender.
● When they're tender, add the three cans of tuna and stir well.
● When the pasta is cooked, drain the water, transfer it to a bowl, and add the sautéed vegetables.
● We plate and... let's eat!!
